Proxies Don’t Work
First, check that you entered the correct IP address of the computer or server where you want to use the proxies in our member area.
Wait 15 minutes, then enter ProxyIP:PORT in your browser for both the HTTP and HTTPS settings, and test whether the proxies work for regular browsing. Here is how to test proxies in your browser.
If they still don't work, contact us and tell us:
- Which IP:Port are you trying to use?
- What is your access IP (the IP you are connecting to our proxies from)?
- Which tool are you using the proxies in?
- How many threads are you using in your tool?
